INGREDIENTS
1 pineapple cut into chunky cubes
1 & ½ punnet of strawberries cut lengthwise into four
6 Kiwi quartered and cut into chunky pieces
3 Naartjies, cut segments into halve and deseed if it has seeds.
3 clementines, cut segments into half
Pulp of 6 granadillas
4 bananas cut into thick slices & mix in a little lemon juice to prevent them blackening
Juice of +/- 6 oranges to cover fruit
Handful of mint leaves
METHOD
Place all the fruit into a bowl with the mint leaves. Cover with orange juice.
Add sugar, if needed, to taste.
Refrigerate for a few hours to allow mint leaves to infuse.
Serve as is or with ice cream.
