INGREDIENTS
Chicken
2 cups chicken strips
¼ cup flour
2 tablespoon semolina
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red special masala
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dhana/jeera
¼ teaspoon tumeric
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 egg
Chopped dhania (coriander) & green chillies
Mix all above into a paste & Marinate chicken strips for a few hours
Then fry in shallow oil till slightly crisp
Salad
Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Julienned carrots
Red onion sliced
Feta cheese
Sundried tomatoes
Olives
Coloured peppers
Cubed avocado drizzled with lemon juice
METHOD
Slice all above and arrange in a wide salad bowl
Fry some sesame seeds & sliced almonds & sprinkle over salad
Sprinkle some sumac over salad & top with warm chicken
Serve with warm pitas or garlic bread
