1kg mutton mince wash and leave aside
Braise 1 onion with Jeeru (Cumin) seeds taj and elachie
Add 1 full tablespoon red masala and mince.braise till mince changes colour
In liquidizer put the following:-
1tomato
1onion cut and fried
3tblsp yoghurt
Juice off half a lemon
All normall masalas(chillie powder dhania (coriander) and Jeeru (Cumin) powder arad (Turmeric) and salt)
2 teaspoon tandoorie masala
2full tablespoon puree
Half cup water
Blend all the above and add 2 mince with mixed veg and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
Add some saffron and fried aloo(I put saffron essence) boil egg (optional)
Throw your boiled rice over (washed and drained) colour the top with yellow colouring and steam
Serve with dhai, katchumbar and paapar😋
