RECIPE
2 cups chicken samoosa mince
2 eggs hard boiled and cubed
Chopped greens
5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
Quater cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 and quater cup boiling water
1 and quater cup cold milk
Mix dry ingredients together..
Add wet ingredients..
Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable dough
Allow to rise
Knock down and roll into a rectangle..
Cut into 4 finger widht strips
Place filling in the middle of strip and close sides..
Grease a cake tin..roll strips from the middle carefully join on another strip by pinching dough to join
Brush with beaten egg
Sprinkle with sesame seeds/parsley etc
Allow to rise
Bake at 180 till golden
