
Nikki Chocolates

2 and half cups coconut
2 tablespoon melted butter
Half tin condensed milk
2 tablespoon liquid glucose mixed in little water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all well together
Shape into desired shape
Allow to set in fridge
Dip in melted chocolate
*I coated my choc mould with a thin layer of chocolate..brushed using a small paint brush
When hard..press a piece of coconut mixture into mould..cover bottom with choc and remove from mould when hardened..
