INGREDIENTS
125 G BUTTER
¾ CUP CASTOR SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 ½ CUP FLOUR
2 teaspoon BAKING POWDER
½ CUP MILK
2 teaspoon VANILLA ESSENCE
METHOD
1. CREAM THE BUTTER AND SUGAR WELL.
2. ADD EGGS. BEAT TILL WELL MIXED.
3. ADD SIFTED FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.
4. LASTLY ADD MILK AND VANILLA ESSENCE.
5. MIX WELL.
6. POUR INTO CUPCAKE CASES. MAKES 24.
7. BAKE AT 180 DEGREES FOR 10 minutes OR UNTIL
GOLDEN.
8. WHEN COOL, DECORATE WITH ICING.
9. IF PLAIN CUPCAKES WANTED, BEFORE BAKING
SPRINKLE WITH 100'S AND 1000'S SWEETS.
