INGREDIENTS
2cups ghee (Clarified butter)
2 cups sugar
1 cup semolina
1cup Ghram flour
3cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla essence (.optional)
Almonds to decorate
METHOD
Cream ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add dry ingredients to dorm a soft dough. You may need to add a little more flour if necessary.
Roll into little balls. Press in half an almond
Bake at 170 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
