pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.In a stand mixer / mixing bowl beat the ghee (Clarified butter), sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and cardamom powder until light and creamy.Add the egg yolk beat well.Then add the coconut and mix well. Last add the flour 1 cup at a time to form a soft dough. Roll into balls place on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes on 180 deg then switch the oven off. Leave for another 10 minutes with oven off remove from oven when cooled completely store in an airtight container.
