Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

•1/3cup cocoa

•5Tblsp sugar

•1/3cup boiling water

•3 1/2cups milk

•1 teaspoon vanilla essence

•1/2cup cream

METHOD

-Combine the cocoa and sugar in a saucepan

-Add in the boiling water

-Bring this mixture to a boil while stirring it.

-Add in the milk and let it heat until very hot but not boiling

-Remove from heat and add in vanilla essence

Add it to your mugs and top with the cream.

Makes about 4 big Mugs/Glasses
