¼ sweet watermelon
3-4 teaspoon sugar, depending on sweetness
5-6 leaves basil (optional)
Lemon slices and mint
Deseed and cut the watermelon into cubes. Blend the watermelon, sugar and basil with a little water until it's all blended.
Place in a container and freeze until slushy
In a glass put a few tablespoonfuls of the watermelon purée, a slice of lemon, ice cubes, and mint leaves and pour over some sprite or lemonade
