INGREDIENTS
5 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1pkt yeast
½ teaspoon salt
¼ pound butter in ¼ cup warmed milk
and water
2 eggs
METHOD
mix flour,sugar,yeast,salt.
Melt butter in milk/water
Add to dry ingredients.
Add eggs and mix 2 form a soft dough.
U can add more milk and water if needed.
Leave to rise for 2 hours.
Roll out 2 big rotis.
Spread melted butter over d whole surface.
Mix half cup sugar wit cinnamon and sprinkle.
Fold roti like a swissroll. Cut 3cm
pieces, turn flat and brush wit egg.
bake at 180
