Creamy pasta

Boil 2 cups pasta in salt water with
2 tablespoon olive oil, al dente
Drain set aside

Braise 1 onion with ghee (Clarified butter)
Add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Braise a little then add
¼ green pepper cubed
¼ red pepper cubed
¼ yellow pepper cubed
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
½ teaspoon mixed herbs
1 sachet All gold tomato and chilli pasta sauce
1 cup fresh cream
Simmer until sauce thickens
Lastly add pasta gently toss in,
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese
