Tortillas: leave the dough covered and to rest for 15 to 20 minutes . roll out very very thin . fry on tawa few seconds each side do not brown .
Chicken : marinade the chicken with everything . in a pot add some oil add 1 chopped onion braise unti translucent add the chicken and cook until done . shred the chicken add approx 2 tablespoon sour cream in the chicken .
Salsa : add everything in machine process until it forms a salsa
Assemble : place tortilla on a tray add the chicken filling , add some jalaepnos close with anothe tortilla crisp on a tawa or oven ( anothe option is add filling in a tortilla fold it over crisp and cut into 2 . garnish with salsa , sour cream and avo or serve on the side .
