Cheese sauce recipe- fresh cream/ nestle cream, 2 cups of cheddar, and salt. give a quick boil to thicken and use immediately
NYF imli (tamerine) Fries

Cube green pepper, onion, tomatoes
Slice spring onions
Make your own imli (tamerine) sauce by soaking imli (tamerine) in boiling water, strain add salt/pepper or u can used readymade imli (tamerine) sauce
Fry sliced potatoes or ready frozen fries
Add salt and toss
Place in poutine or dish of your choice and top with cubed veg & pour a generous amount of imli (tamerine) sauce. Then put blobs of labneh or sourcream. Serve immediately
