Soft cooking potatoes
rustic garlic + herb spice
white & black pepper
Grated gouda cheese
Red chilli flakes
Bake potatoes 3⁄4 way through in microwave, then slit an "x" on top.
mix the butter with herbs and spices, spoon it in potatoes.
Stuff in grated cheese and sprinkle over red chilli flakes.
Wrap tightly in foil and place inbetween the coals of braai (bbq). Cook for few minutes until fluffy and skin charrs a bit.
