INGREDIENTS
                      100g shredded boneless chicken
500ml chicken stock
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon white flour
2 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh cream
                    
METHOD
                      Heat butter in pan and stir fry the 
shredded chicken till tender
Remove from pan and keep aside
In the same pan heat oil and splutter 
jeeru (cumin) add chopped garlic and 
sauté a few seconds.
Add white flour and stir fry for 1 minutes
Add the chicken stock and chicken pieces 
white pepper and salt cook 
on medium heat while stirring for 4 
minutes.
