1 cup klim, 1 teaspoon b. Powder,1 tablespoon cake flour,1 extra large egg, mix all together and make a soft dough. In other pot take 1 liter milk add sugar to taste, elaichi power ½ teaspoon , pinch of saffron & kewda ese ½ teaspoon put for boiled while boiling Make ball of klim dough and add in milk keep cooking on medium heat until lead malai done perfectly. Garnish with Almond. Serve cold.
