INGREDIENTS
125g butter
25ml condensed milk
25ml sugar
25ml golden syrup
25ml cooca
1ml vanilla essence
1 packet Marie biscuits
TOPPING:
80ml butter
50ml condensed milk
25ml cocoa
200ml icing sugar
pinch of salt
METHOD
Crumble biscuits into small pieces
(don't ccrush them). Place the butter,
condensed milk, sugar, syrup, cocoa &
vanilla in a small saucepan.
Heat gently until butter melts & sugar
dissolves. Do not boil mixture.
Stir in the crumbs. Remove from stove &
press into a lighty greased small swiss
roll pan.
Spread the topping over the biscuit
base. Cool in fridge & cut into fingers
or squares.
Topping:
Add all the ingredients together in a
saucepan. Heat gently until butter
melts. Don't boil.
