INGREDIENTS
1kg mince
3 teaspoon. pounded green chillies
4 teaspoon. baking powder
2 egg yolks
6 slices white bread
2 level teaspoon. white pepper
½ teaspoon. fine nutmeg
1 teaspoon. salt or salt to taste
1 lrg. onion grated
lots of chopped dhania (coriander) (coriander)&
spring onions
METHOD
1. Squeeze out water from washed mince.
2.Add chillies,baking powder,egg
yolks,salt,pepper,nutmeg & greens.
3. Soak bread in water for a short
while,then squeeze out water.
4. Add bread to mince.
5. Squeeze out water from grated onions
& add to mince.
6.Mix mince mixture well until all the
ingredients are combined.
7.Shape mince into balls and flatten
slightly.
8.Fry in deep oil until golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with mash potatoes & tomato
chutney.
