INGREDIENTS
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 pkts dry yeast
4 tablespoon condensed milk
half cup milk
1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 small potatoes - mashed
METHOD
Put dry ingredients in bowl.Mix rest
ingred well and make dough,adding more
milk if necessary,making a nice
dough.Leave to rise.Divide into 12 balls
,roll thin roti,cut into 8,fill with
chicken pie filling that is
wet/moist.Roll into croissants,brush egg
,sprinkle thill (sesame seeds),bake 180 till done.Can
make half recipe.
