INGREDIENTS
5 mugs flour I use supreme ¾ cup oil 1 tab salt 3 tab sugar 5 tab klim 1 purple packet dry yeast 1 cup lukewarm water 1 cup lukewarm milk Method Add flour yeast sugar salt in a dish
METHOD
In a separate dish whisk oil water and milk make dough adding more water if necessary knead and leave to rise. Punch down with greased hands and make pides buns 3 corner pies, pizza bases ,knotted rolls ,pitas ,twist bread
