2 eggs1 cup warm milk2 teaspoon instant yeast¼ teaspoon salt⅓ cup sugar½ teaspoon vanilla essence50g melted butter+- 4 cups flour
Whisk eggs lightly then Whisk in milk. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients except the flour.Cover & Leave to rise until double in size. Roll out & cut into doughnuts. Leave to rise for 20-30 minutes. Fry in medium oil until golden. Leave to cool & dip in melted chocolate. If dipping in glace, dip whilst still quite warm, leave aside to set
