In the dough
And keep little aside to egg Brush before baking
RECIPE
Use Filling of your choice
In Bowl add 1 tablespoon Yeast1 teaspoon SugarMix together leave asideWarm little waterAdd to the aboveMixAdd ¼ Cup oilAdd ½ Cup warm milkBeat together
Beat 1 Egg Add to the liquid mixture SEE NOTE BELOWkeep about 2 tablespoon beaten egg aside for egg washing the rolled up Pides
NOW IN A SEPARATE DISHADD
2 Cups Flour1 level teaspoon Salt2 tablespoon Milk powder (optional)Mix togetherNOW
Add the liquid gradually to make a soft DoughRoll out and cut SquaresPlace filling of choiceMake slit finger cuts almost halfway on the doughRoll overBrush with Egg and sprinkle poppy seedsPlace on a greased baking trayCover with a clothAllow to double in size for +-20minutes depending on the weather
Bake at 180* for +-18-20 minutesTill Light golden brownYou may place under grill to get a deeper gold colourEnjoy
