boiling water with salt chillies and
jeeru (cumin) - strain) pour aamli sauce over
potatoes. Make a vagaar with curry
leaves mint leaves whole jeeru (cumin) mustard
seeds and chopped greean chillies. Pour
vagar over potatoes. Cut and fry little
strips of samoosa pur ond put over.
