cube 3 potatotoes and boil with salt. Layer in a pyrex dish. Make aamli water (a chunk of black aamli mixed in boiling water with salt chillies and jeeru (cumin) - strain) pour aamli sauce over potatoes. Make a vagaar with curry leaves mint leaves whole jeeru (cumin) mustard seeds and chopped greean chillies. Pour vagar over potatoes. Cut and fry little strips of samoosa pur ond put over. Keep in a warm oven till ready to serve.
