6 medium potatoes. Cut into cubes & boil as you would for mash potatoes. Once potatoes are soft strain out water.
In a bowl take
3 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 teaspoon fine red chillies or more
Juice of 1 lemon
⅓ cup oil
1&½ teaspoon salt
Mix well together.
Pour over potatoes & mash up with a fork. Taste if seasoning 👌 salt/chillies Cut up fresh dhania (coriander) on top.
