3 x large cucumber 1 x large onion 250ml greek yoghurt 6 tablespoon Mayonaise 2 Tablsp Roberstons Garlic & Herb spice 1 tablespoon Robertsons Garlic Flakes Salt & Pepper Chopped Chives
Grate the onion and cucumber and squeeze out all the water. (make sure there is no liquid left in here) Mix together all the other ingredients and add the grated cucumber and onion. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and more chopped chives Serve chilled
