2 cup Greek Yoghurt.Salt.Olives pitted and finely chopped.1 tablespoon za'atar.1 teaspoon Dukkah spice.1 teaspoon garlic powder.1 teaspoon Chilli flakes.4 tablespoon olive oil.Pomegrenade to sprinkle on top
Transfer Greek Yoghurt to a muslin cloth, tie it and keep it hung for few hours to grain the whey and get really thick curd.
Add enough salt and keep aside.
In a bowl mix together chopped Mint Leaves ,Olives , Zaatar , Dukkah ,Garlic Powder, Chilli Flakes and Olive Oil combine well.
Spread labneh on a plate spoon the topping evenly and drip the oil around the sides.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds mint leaves zaatar and serve with oven toasted pitta bread.
