RECIPE
Tortillas
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Little ghee (Clarified butter) or oil
Warm water to make soft dough.
Divide dough into 12 balls.
Roll out. Fry on tawa no ghee (Clarified butter).
Prepare filling of choice (steak / chicken ).
To Assemble :
Brush chutney of choice (I use my ramadan savoury dip). Put little filling on 1 side. Roll up.
Place in pyrex or plate. Brush more chutney over. Sprinkle cheese and chopped peppers.
Microwave wen ready to heat
