INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked pasta (bow ties, screws,)
1 red pepper-chopped
1 green pepper-chopped
100ml oil
¼ cup chopped chives
60ml white vinegar
2 teaspoon brown sugar or to taste
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
10ml curry powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
METHOD
Add chopped peppers & chives to pasta.
Blend oil, vinegar,curry powder, sugar,
salt & pepper & pour over salad. Braise
mustard seeds in a little oil & add.
Stir well & chill before serving.
