3 extra large eggs
¾ cup castor sugar
250g mascarpone cheese
250 ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Strong coffee ☕️ Mix coffee granules into hot milk and leave aside to cool
Beat eggs yolks and castor sugar till light in color and add in your vanilla essence.
Beat fresh cream separately till thick.
Beat egg whites till stiff.
Mix the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture and fold in the fresh cream and egg whites.
Dip your finger biscuits into the coffee and layer into dessert containers and alternate with the mascarpone mixture.
Dust cocoa powder on top.
