2 cans guava can fruit drained, deseeded and cut into cubes. (Can be grated)
Beat 1 tin ideal milk till fluffy Then add: 1 tin condensed milk 1 tin nestle dessert cream
Make water ghas. Grate and add to mixture with guava pieces. Enjoy
4 cups water 1⁄2 cup sugar (or more) 3 teaspoons ghas powder (agar agar (falooda powder) powder)
Mix in pot and bring to boil. Boil on low till ghas sets on spoon(put a little on spoon to see if it's setting. Switch off stove then add 2 tablespoons rose syrup, 2 tablespoons rose water & 2 tablespoons Elachi (cardomom) syrup. I like to add little more rose syrup. U can adjust measurements to your choice. Leave to set.
*Keep ideal milk in fridge so it's cold when making dessert
