Ingredients:3 cups Klim (milk powder)3 cups icing sugar1 teaspoon elachie (cardamom) powder¼ cup condensed milk1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup fresh cream
Method:1. Sift dry ingredients.2. Mix remainder ingredients.3. Pour over dried ingredients and mix well.4. Once smooth texture has formed, break off pieces and roll in rounds, or pipe or shape in silicone moulds.5. Garnish with almonds nibs & edible glitter.
