Penda / Peda(Mithai/ Sweetmeat)

Ingredients:360g (3 cups) milk powder1 cup icing sugar1 teaspoon cardamom powder½ - 1 cup condensed milk2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup fresh cream (or 1 tin rainbow dessert cream)
Method:1. Sift dry ingredients well. Leave aside.2. In a thick based pot, add in wet ingredients.3. Bring to a simmer and drop heat to lowest.4. Then add in dry ingredients and bind well.5. Once a smooth texture has formed, remove from heat.6. Allow to cool a little and then break off pieces and roll in small rounds.7.
