INGREDIENTS
6 pieces chicken fillets
2 squares simonsburg feta cheese
Steers Peri Peri sauce
1 Heaped tablespoon ground Ginger and Garlic
1 tablespoon Crushed Chillies
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Salt tp taste
2 tablespoon fresh chopped dhania (coriander)
Spring roll sheets
Flour and water paste to stick
METHOD
Chop fillets into halves then boil them in salt pepper crushed chillies and ginger and garlic till tender. Once chicken is cooked and cooled shred the fillets and mix in ¼ cup steers sauce after mixing well crumble the feta in then the dhania (coriander) and toss and turn try not to mash up the feta.
Once your done fill your spring roll sheets. Freeze, Fry and enjoy!

These are really good starters they dont seem to last long in my freezer!!
