INGREDIENTS
1 Tray skin on wings ( approx 14 to 16 wings )
2 liters water
3 tablespoon vinegar
6 garlic cloves chopped
1 teaspoon bbq spice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 to 3 cloves
salt
after steam :
add some oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red chili ( optional ) leave out if you do not eat spicy
sprinkle some bbq spice ( I used gorimas )
Add ¼ cup bbq sauce
salt to taste
2 tablespoon prego sauce
sauce :
¼ cup steers bbq sauce
¼ cup prego sauce ( I used the mr man )
3 to 4 tablespoon sriracha sauce ( depends on how strong you eat )
2 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon Worcester sauce
METHOD
In a pot add the water along with all the ingredients listed
add the wash and cleaned wings to the water
allow this to steam for 30 minutes , if you feel you need to steam it more then steam for another 5 to 10 minutes
leave the wings in the brine water for at least 30 minutes or use immediately .
When ready to use remove water
After steam
add some oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red chili ( optional ) leave out if you do not eat spicy
sprinkle some bbq spice ( I used gorimas )
Add ¼ cup bbq sauce
salt to taste
2 tablespoon prego sauce
toss the wings in this
place in a oven tray
add blobs of butter
place in the oven to grill for about maybe 15 minutes . turn wings if necessary so they dnt burn .
Grill and sauce
heat up the sauce in the micro wave
pour over the grilled wings and place back in oven to grill for 2 minutes
serve immediately

you can adjust sauce to your liking.
I serve with mash and tomato chutney
