Bismillah Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 heaped teaspoon green masala (ground green chillies and garlic mixed) - available at spice shops or can make at home
1 teaspoon salt
250 ml fresh cream
1 and half cup milk
1 Tablespoon corn flour

METHOD

Heat butter in large pan till melted.
Add chicken then add turmeric, salt, green masala and coat well in the butter. Let chicken cook till all water dries out.
Once chicken is cooked add 1 cup milk and 250ml fresh cream.
Turn heat lower and add the milk-cornflour mixture. Add pinch of egg yellow colouring or powder.
Stir till sauce thickens ( if too thick, add extra milk and cream. )
Serve hot with rice or Naan.

INFO / TIPS

If do not have fresh cream, replace with another cup of milk and add 1 tsp sugar.
