Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees. Remove foil after 30 minutes and turn oven on grill. Let chicken cook through, turning once. For sauce, heat ingredients in a saucepan and pour over chicken. Let it grill for a further 5-10 minutes until done, do not let sauce dry out. Serve with potato wedges and naan or puri.
