Saucy Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS

3 Chicken fillet cubed

2 teaspoon Chicken spice

2 teaspoon Portuguese spice

1 teaspoon Cajun spice

Salt to taste

2 teaspoon Chilli powder

2Tbspn Tomato puree

Dennys Cream of mushroom 1 can

Sauces of choice (I used jimmys bbq, prego sauce mayo and peri peri)1Tbspn each

Penne pasta 500g

1/4lb Butter

1 ½ teaspoon Italian spice

Fresh cream 500ml

Sour cream 125ml

METHOD

Braise fillet in butter with spices (u can add other spices if desired) add tomato puree

Boil pasta

When the fillet is done add all the sauces of your choice

Mix the pasta in the chicken add fresh cream cream mushrooms and sour cream and bring to a boil
