INGREDIENTS

3 Chicken fillet cubed2 teaspoon Chicken spice2 teaspoon Portuguese spice1 teaspoon Cajun spiceSalt to taste2 teaspoon Chilli powder2Tbspn Tomato pureeDennys Cream of mushroom 1 canSauces of choice (I used jimmys bbq, prego sauce mayo and peri peri)1Tbspn eachPenne pasta 500g1/4lb Butter1 ½ teaspoon Italian spiceFresh cream 500mlSour cream 125ml

METHOD

Braise fillet in butter with spices (u can add other spices if desired) add tomato puree
Boil pasta
When the fillet is done add all the sauces of your choice
Mix the pasta in the chicken add fresh cream cream mushrooms and sour cream and bring to a boil
