Ruhana's 3 C's Prego Samoosas

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ground garlic
1 tablespoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 cup frozen sweetcorn
1 cup diced onion
¼ cup Nando's prego sauce
2 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce
1 ½ cups grated gouda cheese
½ cup cyprus parmesan cheese
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Chopped spring onions
Samoosa pur
Water flour paste

METHOD

2. Cook till halfway done.
3. Add corn and cook till ¾ way.
4. Add sauces and cook till thickened.
5. Cool filling down.
6. Then add onions, cheese and greens.
7. Fill samoosas.
8. Glue closed and store in airtight container in freezer.
