1kg chicken fillet (cubed fine)
1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon ground garlic 1 tablespoon ground green chillies 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 cup frozen sweetcorn 1 cup diced onion ¼ cup Nando's prego sauce 2 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce 1 ½ cups grated gouda cheese ½ cup cyprus parmesan cheese Chopped dhania (coriander) Chopped spring onions Samoosa pur Water flour paste1. Heat oil, add chicken, spices, lemon, garlic and chillies.
2. Cook till halfway done. 3. Add corn and cook till ¾ way. 4. Add sauces and cook till thickened. 5. Cool filling down. 6. Then add onions, cheese and greens. 7. Fill samoosas. 8.
