Oriental Noodle Springroll Filling
Rec and pic cred: ruhana ebrahim @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 2 tablespoon oil 1 small onion sliced ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon crushed red chillies 1 tablespoon robertsons veg spice 2 cups Mc'Cains French Stir Fry 1 ½ cups boiled noodles 3 cups cooked chicken cubes ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup sesame seeds 1 packet x 50pc springroll pastry Lai (water flour paste)1. In a wok or pan, heat oil, add sliced onion and braise for 2 minutes.
2. Add spices and then add veggies. 3. Cook until tender but veg retains shape. 4. Add chicken, noodles and sauce. 5. Coat and mix in well. 7. Mix in sesame and allow to cool. 8. Fill springrolls BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
