RUHANA EBRAHIM'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
1 small onion sliced
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red chillies
1 tablespoon robertsons veg spice
2 cups Mc'Cains French Stir Fry
1 1⁄2 cups boiled noodles
3 cups cooked chicken cubes
1⁄4 cup soy sauce
1⁄4 cup sesame seeds

METHOD

In a wok or pan, heat oil, add sliced onion and braise for 2 minutes. Add spices and then add veggies. Cook until tender but veg retains shape. Add chicken, noodles and sauce. Coat and mix in well. Mix in sesame and allow to cool. Fill springrolls

@ANONYMOUS - I used the 50pc springroll pur. Its about 750g chicken fillet cubes (3cups)
