My styleMarinate 500g cubed tenderised Beef or rump steak With 1 teaspoon crushed red chilli ½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon jeera powder1Tblsp Paprika1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon vinegar1 teaspoon sugar 1Tblsp chop and steak spice or BBQRosemary or mixed herbsHeat margarine or butter in bauerAdd the above add water if necessaryWhen almost done add Little tomato sauceBBQ sauce¼ cup steak house sauceCook till almost doneAdjust salt and sugar The sauce will stick like jam in the cubes Garnish with green chopped duaniaAnd fresh dhania (coriander)Serve with Chinese 2 minute noodleAny flavours (2 packets ) Place 1Tblsp butter in panAdd 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsAdd little robot pepper stripsHandful cabbage white or Red1 medium Red or white onionAnd some sliced carrots or gratedAdd ½ teaspoon crushed garlic Saute 8 minutes add 1 cup boiling water and break in the 2 packets of the noodlesAdd the flavour in the sachets1 teaspoon crushed green chilli paste1Tblsp vege spiceAdd a bit of mixed herbsCook till doneGarnish with green chopped dhania (coriander) Yummy
