500 g garlic. 250 g ginger250 g green chili.6 teaspoon Chinese salt2 bottles nandos hot peri peri 1 bottle maggi chili garlic 500 oil half teaspoon red orange colour
Mix the ginger ,garlic and chillie all in a food processor and add the food coloring.Then add the Chinese salt along with Nandos sauce and Maggi sauce and mix.
Heat up 500ml of oil in a pot and add the oil to the paste we made above and mix.

Add it to your fried rice , Chinese noodles and soups.
Make sure you go outside and add the oil because the steam comes out alot.
