1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon brown vinegar 2 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon orange pepper spice Pinch turmeric powder 2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala Sauce: 1 tablespoon tomato sauce ½ bottle of Calistos sweet mild peri-peri sauce 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim 2 tablespoon lemon juice Dash dried mixed herbs (Optional- fresh cream)1. Heat oil in pot, marinate steak and cook with water as needed till just done.
