Pattha Casserole
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 1 roll Fatima's pattha Red chutney 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn ½ tin coconut cream ½ cup fresh cream Grated gouda cheese Samoosa pur1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Place sliced pattha in greased pyrex dish. 3. Bake in oven for 10min. 4. Brush with chutney. 5. Mix creams and corn and pour over. 6. Bake for 20-30min. 7. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese. 8. Crush over fried samoosa pur. Serve hot. Note: You may also use store bought salsa in place of red chutney, for eg. All Joy Salsa and crush lays chips over the top if you do not have pur.
