INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
1 roll Fatima's pattha
Red chutney
1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
½ tin coconut cream
½ cup fresh cream
Grated gouda cheese
Samoosa pur

METHOD

2. Place sliced pattha in greased pyrex dish.
3. Bake in oven for 10min.
4. Brush with chutney.
5. Mix creams and corn and pour over.
6. Bake for 20-30min.
7. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese.
8. Crush over fried samoosa pur. Serve hot.
Note: You may also use store bought salsa in place of red chutney, for eg. All Joy Salsa and crush lays chips over the top if you do not have pur.
