Cinnabon Biscuits
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 250g butter 1 cup ordinary sugar 2 extra large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 teaspoon baking powder +/- 3 cups flour (as needed) Cinnamon powder Milkybar chocolate1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
2. Add in eggs & vanilla and beat. 3. Add in baking powder & flour and form dough by hand. 4. Pat dough flat on top of a baking paper sheet. 5. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 6. Roll up using the sheet to form a log. 7. Cut slices and place a little apart on greased baking sheet. 8. Bake in presented oven at 160degC for 15min. 9.
