RUHANA EBRAHIM'S RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

250g butter
1 cup ordinary sugar
2 extra large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon baking powder
+/- 3 cups flour (as needed)
Cinnamon powder
Milkybar chocolate


METHOD

Beat butter and sugar till fluffy.
Add in eggs & vanilla and beat.
Add in b.powder & flour and form dough by hand.
Pat dough flat on top of a baking paper sheet.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up using the sheet to form a log.
Cut slices and bake at 160deg for 15min.
Drizzle with melted milky bar when cooled.
Can sprinkle pecans on top if desired.
