Dough1 ½ cups plain flour¾ cup whipped cream¼ cup cold milk1 teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda Filling¼ cup brown sugar 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder3 tblspns butter Other ingredientsSalted Caramel frostingSliced almondsEdible glitter
1.) Mix dough ingredients - knead and set aside.2.) Mix filling and set aside.3.) Roll dough out into a large shape, spread cinnamon mixture onto the middle of the rolled out dough (not the ends).4.) Roll slowly into a Swiss roll as tightly as you can.5.) Once rolled cut into 1cm pieces and place on a greased baking tray.6.) Bake @ 180 degrees for 20mins.7.) Remove and Leave to cool.8.) Melt the frosting and pour it over the Cinnabon’s - decorate with almonds and glitter.
