Caramel popcorn Recipe by :@naeema_miaPicture credit: @Juwariyyah_tar 1 ½ cup popcorn seeds, popped Salted Caramel 125g butter ¼ cup golden syrup ½ cup Caramel syrup Melt the above then add : ¼ teaspoon bicarb of soda ½ teaspoon vanilla essence Pinch of salt Throw over popcorn and mix well. Bake in oven on 140 degrees for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes. Switch of oven leave to crisp for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool store in airtight container.
I always make extra sauce since I like it extra coated.
